For New Patients:

Vivicare accepts most major insurance plans, as well as HRA’s (Health Reimbursement Accounts), HSA’s (Health Savings Accounts) and FSA’s (Flex Spending Accounts). We also have care plan discounts and accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover cards and Personal checks.

Group or Individual Insurance

Our receptionist will gladly call your insurance company and verify your benefits so that you don’t have to deal with the insurance hassle. Please be aware that quoted benefits are not a guarantee of payment by your insurance company. However, we will wait for up to 60 days for payments. If your insurance company pays the benefits they have quotes us, you will only be responsible for any uncovered services.


Patients Without Insurance or With High Deductibles

We make our care accessible for all of our patients. For patients without insurance or for those with high deductibles, we offer several plans to allow you to receive your full plan of care without a financial burden. Our insurance agent would be happy to review any concerns with you.


Personal Injury and Auto Injury Cases

If you have been involved in a car accident or personal injury case, please notify your insurance company right away. If you have an attorney representing you, please bring their information with you on your first visit. If you do not have an attorney, we have a list of preferred options for you. We will accept a lien for payments thru your attorney, as long as you adhere to the recommended treatment plan. Once the claim is settled, or if you suspend your care, all fees for completed services become due immediately.
